At Rafiki Pest Control, your safety and satisfaction come first. We’re committed to offering high-quality pest control services and reliable products. In case you’re not completely satisfied, our return and refund policy ensures a clear and fair resolution.
1. Product Returns
If you’ve purchased items such as sprays, traps, or baits from us:
Eligibility:
- Return must be requested within 7 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required
Non-returnable Items:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
- Products marked as “non-returnable” at the time of sale
How to Return:
Contact us, our team will assist you with the return process, including drop-off or pickup instructions depending on your location in Uganda.
2. Service Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our pest control services. If you're not satisfied with the outcome:
Eligibility for Refund or Re-treatment:
- Notify us within 48 hours of the service if the issue continues
- A follow-up inspection will be arranged
- If it’s confirmed that the treatment was ineffective despite proper aftercare, we will:
- Offer a free re-treatment, or
- Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the case
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Aftercare instructions were not followed
- A new or unrelated infestation is found
- The complaint is submitted after the service guarantee period
3. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days through your original payment method. Mobile money (MTN, Airtel) or bank refunds may vary slightly depending on your provider.
